Gangsters Paradise

I live in South Africa. Let me tell you straight up that when President Donald Trump tells you that bad things are happening in South Africa...trust him!! He speaks the truth and don't let anyone or anything tell you otherwise. I have seen it for many years. I have friends who have been held up at gun point. I have a friend who was raped by two black males. I have been burgled so many times and thankfully I was not at home those times except for an attempted robbery where I managed to scare the perpertrators off. EVERY DAY of my life here in South Africa you hear of some awful thing that has happened! You cannot even get into an Uber these days for fear of your life! You just cannot trust these drivers. They are kidnapping people, especially women! I remember two years ago on a hot summer evening I was about to fall asleep. Next thing I heard a woman screaming for help. Her voice was in the distance but kept getting louder and louder. I eventually realised she was in a moving car and this car was basically driving down the road I lived in and was heading for the highway. I could hear the fear in her voice! It was awful because there was nothing I could do. It was a speeding car. I had no idea what the car looked like and was not even sure if it would go onto the highway. If I had called the police how would they have gotten there in time? It haunts me everytime I think of this. That I could do nothing to save this woman except pray to God to help her. This is only one of many incidents. I could carry on and tell you of many more incidents but I would end up writing a book! In particular I want to write about an incident from yesterday.

Yesterday I was working on the laptop and next thing I heard about 4 gunshots go off up the road from me. This was at 16:00pm in the afternoon. I actually said out loud : "Did I just hear gunshots?"....next thing I heard three loud crashes and car brakes screech right outside the bounday wall of my complex. This time I said : "What the hell was that now"... My immediate thought was that a car had crashed through our boundary wall. I ran to a point along the wall where you can look onto the road. I got there and there were already two or three other people from my complex. On the other side of the wall, across the road I saw a white car was on the pavement with it's bonnet pointing into the road and the rear end facing the boundary wall on the opposite side. A woman in another car had pulled onto the pavement and was running towards us with her cell phone screaming which number does she call for emergency...we don't have 911 like in the states...we gave her the number and she then called them...within a few seconds we already had First Road Emergency tow trucks on the scene...we call them vultures (not in a nasty way as it is good that they do arrive quickly as they have direct contact with other emergency services) because they seem to appear out of no where when there is an accident. The woman that pulled over told us she witnessed a "Hit" (assassination). The driver of the car was at the traffic light in front of her just up the road from me. Next thing a black mercedes pulled up, two guys got out and shot this driver through the window. She says they fired six shots, jumped in their car and sped off. I said I had heard the shots but somehow only heard four. She says the driver then floored the car and went racing down the road, lost control and hit the pavement twice before coming to a standstill. When First Road Emergency arrived they said the guy was still breathing but was riddled with bullets and his brains were plastered on the roof of the car. I know that sounds awful. You don't even see that in movies. Reality is this is real life and it is frigging scary!! The Police arrived very quickly and took action to close the road off at both ends as at this time of day it is peak hour traffic and people were slowing down to see what was happening. Some driver even got all agro with the Police because he could not get past to get home!! Have you ever?? He can see Police, Tow trucks and Emergency services and a bust up car! The ambulance took forever to get here...but perhaps they were advised that there was nothing they could have done for the driver...he did not breathe for much longer after the tow trucks arrived. When the Police arrived he had already passed away. They obviously called the wife and she arrived with her daughter (I guess the daughter may be 16 or 18 years old). I got all tearfull when I saw the wife collapse on the pavement when they told her he had been shot and had died. They would not let her near the car. Only rightly so. She would have been traumatised for life if she saw the state of her husband. Turns out he was on his way home from work and was close to home. They live down the road. This guy probably at first when he got shot must have immediately thought he needs to get home. He was a CEO at some high Tech company. They only cleared the scene at about 21:00 last night. I wasn't out there anymore. I just heard them all drive off. This is life in South Africa! These perpertrators know that they will get away with murder. To do a "hit" in broad day light in peak hour traffic where there were so many witnesseses to this shooting tells you exactly how brazen they were! I was so angry! These men took a life! For what?? How do they sleep at night knowing that they took a life??! A family now without a husband and father. This happens so often now. People get taken out in broad daylight. Not so long ago a woman who was going to attend a court hearing regarding a labour dispute was shot and killed. She was in her early thirties and had just qualified as a lawyer. Shot right outside the courthouse! Just last week another road was closed due to a "crime scene", just like our road was closed yesterday for a crime scene. My heart breaks for the family from yesterday's incident. It saddens me that this is what life is all about in South Africa. For those of us that live here the sad thing is we have become so desensitised by the brutality of what we see that it's like just an acceptable part of daily life. If anyone from another country had to hear and see what we did yesterday they would be shocked that we all just took it so calmly...like it's just another day...well that IS exactly what it is for us living here...it IS just another day in our lives here in South Africa. Yes, of course it is terrible. Yes, of course it is sad... BUT there is NOTHING we can do to stop the crime... it is just beyond any form of control...thanks to our fantastic government!! Please don't misunderstand the word "Fantastic" in this context...they are far from it!! Had they not opened the borders for every tom, dick and harry, crime would not be out of control! Hence people in South Africa are now taking action by arranging this March on March inititative that took place on 30 June 2026. "March on March" is a citizen-led civic organization in South Africa advocating for stricter immigration enforcement and the departure of undocumented foreign nationals. Thousands of migrants have already fled the country in fear of their lives. It is such a pity that this was not done years ago!

Let's Call It Fake Intelligence

So this is it. My rant for the day. Grab your tea, coffee, popcorn or whatever you feel like. I'm going to give my two cents on "Fake Intelligence"...I'll call it that for this post but you know what I really mean. There is this ad on the radio where you hear a woman saying "Alexa, open the blinds". Like really?! FFS! God gave you a brain and a body. Use it! Do you really need a frigging THING to do that for you? Another one that just made me shake my head. This time I happened to see a short video of Elon talking about what's to come in the future. So inevitably I read the comments and the one that stood out was this dude thanking Elon for all that he is doing. Seriously, wake up! I wonder if that dude is going to thank Elon one day when he has no job and can't put food on the table or pay his bills. All these people that think this fake intelligence is the next best thing to candy floss are in for a rude surprise! Do they not see where this is leading. Firstly, there is nothing cool about this fake intelligence...it's actually really scary because at the end of the day it is HUMAN CONSCIOUSNESS that has been STOLEN from every LIVING human being on this earth and has been programmed into this THING THAT HAS NO SOUL! Let's look at the word CONSCIOUSNESS. Consciousness is the state of being awake, aware of your surroundings, and able to process your internal and external experiences. It is the fundamental capacity to feel, perceive, and experience existence. Then there is this new gadget on the market for influencers on YouTube that film their daily escapades. You apparently hang this gadget around your neck and it films everything you do and at the end of the day it can apparently edit and put your whole video together for you to upload. Well, that obviously saves alot of editing time for the influencer....reality check...at the end of the day it's SURVEILLANCE!! All this info gets stored in these data centers that are being built. Nothing you do is your own anymore! It has been STOLEN from you by these 1% who think they are god (I will not use a capital "G" here as it is an insult to the REAL creator). While on the subject of the REAL creator. This interference with human creation by these certain individuals does not sit favourably with God. He is watching them and their day will come where they will have to pay for their sins. If God wanted robots to rule the world He would have created them and would not have created man. To mess around with human creation is an insult to Him. Then let's look at employment. These days the requirement for employment is that one has to have AI skills. Yes. I finally used the correct term. The joke of it all is you will be employed with these skills and at the end of the day you are actually preparing yourself to be UNEMPLOYED! Your skills will be STOLEN from you and put in place for that THING that will REPLACE YOU! All of this is being done because those 1% want to depopulate the world in their tiny warped minds. All this is removing human connection. Let's talk about this as this is FACT and happened about three (3) weeks ago. Let's say beginning May 2026. This couple wanted to relocate to Spain. They bought a house in Spain. Now in Spain what happens is, once everything is finalised, the buyer and seller meet at the Notary where final signatures are done and where the money is all in place. Once the money is there the Notary hands you the keys to your new home. Well, this couple had a horrible shock. The money never arrived. They had used a Forex company and not an actual Financial broker. Everything was done online via a "chat box". This couple were now in a predicament as this THING that they got hold of at the Forex company to ask where the money was could not help them! There was no actual documentation in a file, like there would be if you used a HUMAN. So now the movie Ghostbusters comes to mind...WHO YOU GONNA CALL??????? There is no HUMAN that this THING can contact to find out where the money is!! This THING cannot sit and think "ok, I need to call Maria at Santander Bank and see if she can follow up where the money is" because this THING does not have an address book or contact list or a BRAIN to now THINK and DO what a HUMAN would actually DO in this case. HUMAN CONTACT is completely taken out of the equation!!! Put yourself in that situation. If you are adult enough you will know that a house purchase does not come cheap. THIS IS what will be people. No HUMAN CONNECTION is the future if this crap is not stopped now! Even Pope Leo wants AI "disarmed" (those were his words, not mine). The Pope knows what is coming. It is all in the book of Revelations. What do these 1% gain you may ask. They certainly don't need money. They are all billionaires. Where did this all begin? It certainly did not begin now only. It was conceptualised in 1950 and the term AI was introduced in 1956. The creators of the robots that are to be the future are however in for a nasty surprise...things will go too far and their creations will eventually turn on them! Viz the movie the Terminator. The core meaning of The Terminator (1984) is a warning about humanity's dangerous relationship with technology, the threat of nuclear annihilation, and the fragility of our destiny. It suggests that trusting solely in machines and authority can lead to our destruction, while emphasizing that the future is ultimately shaped by our choices.

This is so awesome! I have always fancied this Italian song. It is just so full of vibe! A friend of mine recently posted a photo of a beautiful view and had this song to go with it. I had not heard this song in ages! I now just so happened to google the English translation and it all makes sense about "happiness". Without even understanding the lyrics of the song when I used to listen to it, it would invoke a feeling of happiness within me. How truly apt it is. I just absolutely love it!! I will paste the English version of the lyrics below the video...Wow! What a power couple they were!! They were young children when they met...a love story many could only dream of...and then tragedy happened and as a result their marriage ended...their marriage withstood so many things but couldn't withstand the loss of their eldest daughter.

What's Next?

Are you exhausted, feeling overwhelmed by everything going on around you? The chaos in this world we are living in right now is enough to make you feel like you are on a rollercoaster that you just cannot get off from! You may feel sad, but remember this, God severs ties with those that do not belong in your life. It could be friends or even relatives. Life is not what happens to you. It is what you make of life. You are your own creator. You are on a journey and it is your journey to fullfil. No one else's. Breathe in love and let go of fear, sorrow and doubt!  This world has turned upside down. The next few months is going to be a roller coaster ride of note. Be ready. Do not be afraid of any of the crap that is thrown at you. Every thought is a choice. Stay in the present moment. I know it is easier said than done but the more we practice this, the easier it gets. Connect with Spirit. Trust in God. Have no fear. The Bible mentions 365 times in it to have no fear. Whatever happens next. Think. Are you going to allow yourself to be controlled by an evil human system? Or are you going to trust that inner voice that screams at you that this is not right? That inner voice is God speaking to you. Trust that inner voice! A BS story will be played out by them to play on your emotions, your weaknesses. Listen to the voice of reason that says stay strong. Take back your power! Are you really going to listen to someone that tells you what you can and cannot do? No! Stop pretending you are powerless! With God all things are possible. Don't give up. Sometimes the breakthrough begins the moment you say, enough. When YOU are in charge of you, no one else can be. You CAN get off the rollercoaster and you WILL live your best life when you show them the middle finger. That rollercoaster will be left to be taken over by nature.

We Wait And Watch

Listen. In my opinion, no one can predict the date as can be seen here. But, when it does come. Fear not. The following advice from Bo in his latest video is: "Wherever you are, stay put for 24 hours". I do not follow Bo. Until today I had never heard of him. I just happened upon his latest video, which in some way made me have a bit of hope for what is to come. If you are curious about who Bo is, just read the description of the video and go to his channel. I have tried not to be drawn into the "chaos" that is going on in this world right now because it instills fear, which is what "they" want. I keep saying, the system follows the path of least resistance. That's one to remember. A good example is as we all know from not so long ago. I did not fall for the BS then either. Unfortunately there are those who are hell bent on bringing the so called "agenda" into fruition. Sadly there are already people buying up in the 15 minute cities. I'm not going to elaborate on all of this. All I can say is, or rather advise, is that you think twice. Take back your power! If you believe in God then read Psalm 91. Be strong. Prepare for what is to come, but never lose your faith.

Heavy Christmases

For a while Christmases have not always felt the same. I remember Christmas of 1996. The first Christmas I had to face without my mom was by far the toughest Christmas I have ever gone through. My whole family struggled, and none of us truly felt like celebrating. Christmases after that sometimes were filled with happiness, and other times, they were filled with sorrow. Christmas 2021 was a difficult one again after the passing of my sister Angie. I struggled. The one person who really saw the funny side of things in life with me was gone. Oh my gosh we could screech with laughter at the most silliest things ever! We have/had the craziest sense of humour. Then Christmas 2024 without my cat Lucy. I had to put her down April 2024 as she had ear cancer. She was only 8 years old. I tell you what. People think I'm nuts when I tell them she was the daughter I never had!! I have had many pets but there was something about Lucy that was truly special. The bond we had was incredible. I struggled horrendously not having her around. I know she is with me in spirit and we will one day be together again. It took me months to shake the grief. I have noticed that my love for Christmas has now returned. In truth, it is a way for me to remember all the traditions my Mom started and how much she loved the holiday herself. Once I started reflecting on this, it helped me to know that I can enjoy Christmas again. It is the day we celebrate the birth of Jesus. By celebrating Christ, it helps bring our hearts back to the true meaning of Christmas. It is because of Him that my Mom, Angie and Lucy and other passed loved ones live in Heaven, and it is because of Him that we will live in Heaven with Him too. We have everything to thank the Lord for, yet we often forget these things when times are hard. This year Christmas will be shared with a new addition to my family. Another fur child! Not something I signed up for. I had no intention of getting another pet. I was happy to just have Benji (Lucy's brother) but the Universe had other plans for Benji and I. Two months ago I kept seeing this cat coming to visit Benji. What was interesting was that Benji did not attack this cat. I thought it was good that Benji had a friend as I know he misses Lucy terribly. I never really paid more attention to this cat as I thought it belonged to someone here. Then on the 25th of November 2025 (a Tuesday) this video cropped up on my IG feed of a cute black and white kitten pulling a funny face. I thought "wow, it looks like Benji's friend". The next day this cat was in my garden and it started to rain. It was when the cat jumped on the wall that I noticed it's looking horribly thin. I quickly took a photo and posted it on the whatsapp group for the complex asking if anyone knew who the cat belonged to. No one came forward. The chairperson of our complex said the cat has been roaming our complex and neighbouring complexes for some months and no one could catch it. I decided to start feeding the cat. I had the opportunity on the Friday morning when I saw him in the complex. The poor cat was so hungry! I eventually lured him closer and closer to my unit at a set time. Amazing how he knew when to come for food. Then the next week we had a major storm. It was really frightening! It broke my heart that this cat was out there in that storm. Well, I couldn't believe my eyes. After the storm this cat came onto my patio, drenched and shivering and he was skin and bones! I quickly fed him and I had put a cat bed on one of the patio chairs in the event he did come round at night. He ate, jumped onto the bed and snuggled into a blanket. He looked up at me and could not even keep his eyes open from sheer exhaustion and relief he had a warm bed. It was like he said "thank you for taking care of me". It was freezing cold and I could not leave him on the patio. I lured him into the house with food and put him in the room I use as a dining room. Made a bed for him and the journey began. It has not been an easy one. I named the cat Billy. He did not at first know about a litter box. He peed everywhere and being a tom cat was spraying everywhere. I honestly at one point thought I cannot do this. He also did not allow me to touch him. He did not know, still doesn't know what toys are. He started trusting me more. By murphy's law a few days later there was a vaccination and sterilisation event just down the road from me. Divinely orchestrated? I took Billy to be neutered, vaccinated, dewormed and microchipped. From the time I brought him into the house he was in the house for 4 days and then another 5 for him to recover from the neutering. I eventually let him out last Friday. I was not sure I would see him again but he randomly popped in during the day to say "Hello"...and yes he literally says hello!! It is so funny! In the late afternoon I went to call him to come eat and to bring him indoors. He came when I called him. I keep my cats indoors at night. I am now training him to be indoors at night and during the day he can play outside. The transformation has been truly incredible and I'm glad I did not give up on him. He still sprays every now and then but that is another training thing to get through. Now that he is neutered it does not have that putrid stench anymore! He now knows this is his home. He eats like a horse and has gained some nice weight! It is an ongoing journey. Oh, and to end off. Billy did have an owner but a few months ago his owner committed suicide. The owner's girlfriend took Billy but he escaped from her and somehow found his way back here to look for his owner. She never bothered to report him missing. I guess he was hard work for her. She (the girlfriend) must have got Billy to try cheer up her boyfriend. The sad thing is this guy's mother had also committed suicide a few months before. He could not handle her death and became depressed and took his own life. Billy clearly was not given the love and attention he needed then as a kitten and has had to fend for himself for so many months. Apparently he was already malnourished when his owner passed away. And that is how I ended up with Billy. 

The chairperson is absolutely stunned at how I have made so much progress with Billy. It certainly has been hard work but I do not regret it. An interesting journey awaits from here on.

My Holy Water

 Wow! What a beautiful song!! First time I heard it on the radio. I've started listening to Hot 1027 because I'm just so over 94.7 and Jacaranda and all the frigging ads. I Moved Home AGAIN

 At the end of June 2025 I had to move home again! Here on this blog you will see a previous video where I moved last year end August 2025. I was not even 6 months into my 12 month lease at that place when I was informed that the unit would be placed up for sale. That was in February this year (2025). At the end of April 2025 the unit was sold and I was given 2 months notice. Never in my life did I think I would be moving home twice in one year! To make matters worse I just could not find anything as their was just no stock of garden units in my area! So, I had to move 12km's out of my area and this is where I'm at.

When a song just hits so hard! Does that even make sense? You just sort of hear a song when the radio is not turned up very loud and you hear the song and you just have to quickly get to turn the volume up so that you can hear the song properly because you just think wow this sounds so good...is the best way that I can explain what I mean. That is how this song became my ultimate favourite. No matter how many times I have heard it, every time it comes on the radio I have to run and turn the volume up and I get so lost in it...it's like I zone out 😂😂...yip...that's just me...it is what music does to me! It is what it is.
